User Agreement

I. Acceptance and Amendment of the Agreement

1.1 Acceptance of Agreement
By downloading, installing, registering, or using Multi-Space (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") and its related services, you acknowledge that you have fully read and accepted all the contents of this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a legal contract between you and the software operator (hereinafter referred to as "the Operator" or "we").
1.2 Amendment of Agreement
We may revise this Agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations, adjustments to product functions, or technical conditions. Once the revised Agreement is published, it supersedes the original version. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

II. Service Content and Nature

2.1 Service Definition
The Software is a multi-account management and identity-switching tool. We provide multiple independent session environments through technical means to help you manage multiple social platform or application accounts on the same device.
2.2 Technical Neutrality
We only provide underlying technical tool services. We do not participate in the functional development of any third-party social platforms, do not modify third-party platform data, and are not responsible for your operations on third-party platforms.
2.3 Compliance Statement
You understand and agree that when using the Software to manage third-party accounts, you must simultaneously comply with the user agreements and guidelines of those third-party platforms (such as WeChat, Telegram, Instagram, etc.).

III. Account Management and Security

3.1 Account Ownership
The ownership and related rights of the third-party accounts you log into through the Software belong to the respective third-party platforms and yourself.
3.2 Information Accuracy
If the Software requires the registration of its own account, you promise that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
3.3 Security Obligations
You are responsible for properly safeguarding your device and related passwords. As a local tool, the Software, in principle, does not store your third-party account login passwords. Any loss caused by device loss or account leakage shall be borne solely by you.
3.4 Cancellation
You have the right to stop using and delete the Software at any time.

IV. Code of Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Activities
You promise that while using the Software, you are strictly prohibited from:
  • Engaging in activities that violate laws, regulations, or third-party platform rules, such as click farming (brushing), marketing harassment, fraud, or spreading false information.
  • Illegally attacking or interfering with the normal operation of the Software or third-party platforms through technical means.
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling the Software.
4.2 Sole Responsibility
You shall independently bear all consequences arising from your violation of third-party platform agreements (e.g., account suspension due to unauthorized multi-instance use) or laws and regulations. If this causes loss to the Operator, you shall provide compensation.

V. Privacy Protection

5.1 Privacy Principles
We take your privacy very seriously. We only collect data necessary to realize the multi-account management functions.
5.2 Sensitive Permissions
To ensure the normal operation of multiple accounts, the Software may request certain system permissions. We promise not to use these permissions to collect personal information unrelated to the service. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

VI. Protection of Minors

6.1 Eligibility
The Software is primarily intended for adults with full civil capacity. If you are a minor under the age of 18 (especially children under 14), please read this Agreement accompanied by a legal guardian and obtain their consent before using the service.
6.2 Guardian Obligations
Guardians should guide minors in the safe and reasonable use of the Software and related social accounts. Guardians should pay particular attention to preventing minors from internet addiction or using multi-account functions to bypass anti-addiction systems of third-party platforms.
6.3 Information Protection
We strictly abide by laws regarding the protection of minors' personal information. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected a minor's personal information, we will delete the data as soon as possible.
6.4 Special Restrictions
  • We reserve the right to limit certain functions of the Software for minors during specific time periods as required by law.
  • Any consequences of a minor's unauthorized use (e.g., evading parental controls) shall be borne by the minor and their guardian.

VII. Disclaimer (Important)

7.1 "As-Is" Provision
This service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Due to the closed nature of iOS and Android systems and the uncertainty of third-party platform policies, we do not guarantee:
  • That multi-account management functions will always bypass detection by third-party platforms.
  • That the service will never be interrupted or blocked by third-party platforms.
7.2 Risk Notice
You acknowledge and agree that third-party platforms may limit or ban multi-instance login behaviors. The Operator shall not be held liable for functional failure, account restriction, or data loss caused by platform policy adjustments.
7.3 Force Majeure
The Operator is exempt from liability for losses caused by system maintenance, network failures, telecommunications fluctuations, or government actions.

VIII. Intellectual Property

8.1 Intellectual Property Ownership
All intellectual property rights, including the software code, interface design, and LOGOs, belong to the Operator.
8.2 Usage Restrictions
Without written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the contents of this Software for commercial purposes.

IX. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law
The interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
8.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the court with jurisdiction in the Operator's place of residence/domicile.
