Part I: Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Agreement
Welcome to Multi-Space (hereinafter referred to as "the
Software"). This Agreement is a legal contract between you and the
software operator (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or
"our") regarding your download, installation, and use of the
Software. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement,
please do not install or use the Software.
2. Description of Services
The Software is a technical tool providing multi-account
management and environment isolation. We utilize virtualization or
sandbox technology to create independent session environments
locally on your device to help you manage multiple third-party
social or application accounts.
- Technical Neutrality: We only provide the underlying technical environment. We do not participate in the functional development of third-party platforms nor do we modify their data logic.
- Local Execution: The core functions of the Software run locally on your device.
3. User Conduct and Risk Disclaimer
- Compliance: You commit to complying with all laws, regulations, and the terms of service of third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, etc.) while using the Software.
- Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from using the Software for fraud, harassment, spreading illegal information, malicious traffic manipulation, or any activity that infringes on the privacy of others.
- Assumption of Risk (Important): You acknowledge that third-party platforms may detect and restrict "multi-instance" or "non-official environment" login behaviors. You voluntarily assume all risks, including account suspension, functional restrictions, or data loss resulting from the use of the Software. We shall not be held liable for any such consequences.
4. Intellectual Property
All ownership, code, interface designs, logos, and related
intellectual property rights of the Software belong to us.
Unauthorized reverse engineering, decompilation, or resale of the
Software is strictly prohibited.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Software is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee full compatibility with all devices or uninterrupted service.
- We are not liable for tool failure caused by force majeure, system updates, or policy changes by third-party platforms.
Part II: Privacy Policy
1. Information Collection and Use
In addition to local data storage required for core functions, we
collect certain information through third-party SDKs:
- Device and Identifiers: Including device model, OS version, IDFA (requires user authorization on iOS), Google Advertising ID (GAID), Android ID, and IP address.
- Usage Data: Including page view statistics, click records, and crash logs.
- Purpose: To optimize product experience, analyze active users, and allow advertising partners to display more relevant advertisements to you.
2. Third-Party Services and SDK Disclosure
To provide advertising and analytics services, we integrate the
following types of third-party SDKs:
Advertising Services (e.g., AdMob, Pangle):
- Data Collected: Device identifiers (IDFA/GAID), coarse location, ad interaction data.
- Purpose: To display personalized or non-personalized ads and monitor ad performance.
Data Analytics (e.g., Firebase, AppsFlyer):
- Data Collected: App installation/launch time, feature clicks, crash reports, IDFV/Android ID.
- Purpose: To analyze user behavior, improve product features, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Note: These third-party providers process your data according to their own privacy policies.
3. Permissions and Declarations
- Tracking Permission (iOS IDFA): On iOS 14.5+, we will request "Tracking" authorization. You may decline; this will not affect functionality but may result in less relevant ads.
- Network Access: Used for loading advertisements and uploading anonymous statistical data.
- App List (Android QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Used solely to identify and display installed apps on your device so you can select apps for multi-instance management.
4. Your Privacy Choices
- Opt-out of Ad Tracking: You can reset or turn off advertising identifiers in iOS (Settings > Privacy > Tracking) or Android (Settings > Google > Ads).
- Data Deletion: Uninstalling the App will delete all local data. For anonymous data stored on third-party analytics platforms, you may contact us to request processing.
5. Data Security and Storage
We do not upload your third-party account passwords or private
data to any server. Advertising and statistical data are encrypted
during transmission via secure protocols (SSL/TLS).
6. Children's Privacy
The Software is not directed at individuals under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If a guardian
discovers unauthorized use by a minor, please contact us via the
email below for data removal.
7. Legal Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)
For users in the EU (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the
right to access, review, and request the deletion of your device
identifier information. Since we do not store personal identity
information, the most thorough way to exercise your rights is by
uninstalling the application.
